Responsibilities:

· Maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements and management reports

· Prepare consolidated accounts for holding companies

· Prepare cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasts

· Prepare financial analysis on ad-hoc basis

· Prepare and submit the tax reportings to Tax Authority on time

· Handle and processing of company payrolls & social security reporting

· Liaison with auditor / banker /Government Departments

· Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Requirements:

· University degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

· Qualified Member of HKICPA/ACCA is preferred

· Minimum of 5 years' solid accounting experiences in managerial level and in multinational company of Apparels Retailing is preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Knowledge of using computerized accounting systems - Kingdee

· Good knowledge of China GAAP and statutory tax regulations and practice

· Overall knowledge and methodology related to accounting, financial management, costing accounting and financial analysis

· Strong financial and tax reporting process and control skills

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Adapt to high pressure, initiative and fast response

· Strong commitment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Prior experience in accounting system implementation would be an advantage

· Immediate available preferred
