职责:
?Provide assistance and administration support to the Director, managing all enquiries and transferring these to relevant staff.
?为总裁提供助理和行政支持,管理所有咨询,并将其分发给相关职员
?Welcoming and supporting international clients when in China.
?为国际客户在华期间提供接待和支持
?Manage Directors travel schedule and itinerary. Correspond with travel agents, airlines, hotels and other travel providers when required.
?管理总裁的行程。在需要时,与旅行社、航空公司、酒店和其它旅行供应商联系。
?Support staff in the preparation for client events and exhibitions, inclusive of arranging material to venues, liaising with event organisers and venue managers.
?帮助员工准备客户的活动和展览,包括为活动提供资料,与活动组织者和场馆经理联络。
?Perform basic accounting tasks, such as compiling Directors and staff expenses and supplier payments.
?履行基本的会计工作,如整理总裁和员工的花费和供应商账单
?Liaising with company accountant on the submission invoices and financial reports.
?在提供发票和财政报告方面,与公司会计联系
?Coordinate orders for clients by sourcing products, ensuring suppliers are reliable and of good quality.
?分发产品,为客户协调订单,保证供应商可靠,质量优越。
?Partake in occasional domestic travel when requested and support clients at exhibitions and events.
?需要时,参加国内差旅工作,在展览和活动中为客户提供支持。
?Establish and develop strong relationships with staff, clients, suppliers and vendors.
?与员工、客户、供应商和销售商建立并保持良好关系

?University graduate with minimum 2 years working experience or…
?大学本科毕业,并拥有2年工作经验
?Administrative experience of 5 years, if not University educated.
?非大学毕业者,需有5年行政经验
?Fluent in English, with satisfactory written and reading skills.
?英语流利,写作和阅读水平优秀
?Ability to partake in domestic travel when required.
?需要时,可以参加国内差旅
?Strong work ethic, reliable and honest.
?强烈的职责感、诚实可靠
Conditions: Salary + Bonus will be dependent on current experience and performance.
