Provide vision for products you are responsible for, and establish the strategy to accomplish the vision. Build long term roadmaps based on customer and Data Team priorities. Build understanding and strong relationships with, various business partners/product managers/analysts managers within the company. Work to understand and develop the business rules surrounding reporting and how reports and data sets are used. Work with key business end users to conceptualize and document new product or reporting requirements. Help coordinate, scope and prioritize products with business unit point of contacts. Identify and diagnose data quality issues impacting systems. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, scalability or usability of systems. Manage products throughout the entire development life cycle. Plan and execute System deployments, including technical and business components. Communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders, project team and IMD Management. Provide Business Analysis and Product Domain Expertise. Analyze source systems and related data sets to ensure business requirements for projects can be successfully translated for data modeling, architecture, development and QA teams. Develop deep understanding of source systems, business usage, DW transformations/business logic, data issues, etc. related key Subject Areas and/or Data Marts in the Data Warehouse. Provide consultation to Business Units and Technical Teams related to assigned Subject Areas.

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or three (3) years of experience in the field of system engineering/administration or product management or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of system engineering/administration or product management. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Effective at working within cross-departmental teams. Self-motivated, exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow-through on multiple complex efforts under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Natural curiosity to learn new technologies, uncover insights in data, and passion and aptitude for data and analytics. Working knowledge of relational databases (prefer Oracle). Strong technical experience with databases and SQL. Strong User Acceptance Testing capability including analysis, execution, defect tracking and resolution.

Experience must include the following: Strong technical experience with databases and SQL (Teradata preferred), data warehousing, data modeling concepts and reporting tools (Microstrategy and Tableau preferred).Experience with enterprise reporting initiatives, including needs assessments, design, and development. Ability to communicate fluently with business users, technical people and management across the eBay and PayPal organizations. Solid product management experience, especially managing large scale product with team spanning multiple organizations and geographies. Provide high quality business review documents and own product WIKI pages.Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
