Receiving

Receiving incoming shipments of products from other Abcam offices
Prepare products received by entering product data into admin system, labelling and registering bar-coded vials, and transferring required volumes of product into vials (aliquotting)
Receiving stock from Abcam’s production facility in Hangzhou. Aliquot into saleable stock units.
Receive incoming shipments from suppliers (not at outset but may be required once office becomes established)
Put products into stock accurately
Check volume on an as yet to be agreed proportion of vials processed and on received vials from the other offices (quality assurance testing)

Shipping
Create pick lists of orders that need to be dispatched to dealers/distributors, customers, collaborators and Abcam’s other offices
Pick products from appropriate locations and pack them in boxes along with the correct shipping paperwork
? Ensure that all orders that can be despatched are despatched on time
? Dispatch orders on system
? Liaise with couriers and other 3rd parties to agree collection

Requirements:
Degree (Biological Sciences) is an advantage
3+ years related working experience, preferably in MNC environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in, Mandarin and English
Must be well organized, team player with positive attitude
Man is Preferable
