职位描述
Responsibilities
1.Service Operation Management.
1)To ensure smooth service & repair operations.
2)Provide repairing guideline & policies.
3)Provide product, technical information updates.
4)Provide KPI and manage to achieve KPI.
5)Liaise with SCEJA(HQ) to ensure parts supply consistency.
6)Manage customer's set exchange requests.
7)Report heavy claim if happen.
2.CS Cost Management.
1)To find ways to reduce CA costs and increase customer values simultaneously.
2)To eliminate unnecessary expenses in Customer Service.
3)Maintain CS stock level record.
3.Report o SCEJA(HQ).
1)Monthly provision warranty report / Monthly CS Report.
2)Ensure troublesome RI cases escalation to SCEJA(HQ) promptly.
4.Warranty & Data base Management.
1)Update current system & warranty DB whenever products is delivered.
2)Update warranty T&C in china market.
5.Payment Management.
1)Timely and accurately review claim report.
6.Call center support.
1)Share global CIC issues, sales, marketing issue and related to game issues with call center.
2)Manage call KPI .
3)Share updated FQA with call center.
4)Training call center about new launching product, and updated function.
Requirements
1.BA in engineering(electronics) or related field.
2.2-5 years of customer service (repair/call center) experience required.
3.Planning & coordinating ability.
4.Familiar with Excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
5.Good Chinese and English communication skill.
