Job Responsibilities:

1.Pitch Stage：
？ Ensure a clear Understanding of client’s brief
？ Internal Brainstorming meeting arrangement
？ PR Event proposal drafting
？ Overall PR quotation plan
？ Working timetable plan
？ Make a quick response from client’s feedback
2.Deal done Stage：
？ Quotation and Internal cost draft
？ Working time table confirm
？ Contract draft & sign up
？ Event execution plan (production, F&B and venue suggestion etc.)
？ Vendor Negotiation and contract sign up
3.Follow Up Stage：
？ Make a quick response to internal team and client
？ Quality control based on client’s requirement
？ Event Rundown confirmation.
？ Production and Performance confirmation
？ Production & logistics check list confirm
？ Final production meeting arrangement
？ Using ERP system to apply for cash before the event
4.Execution Stage：
？ Internal working rundown confirm
？ Working book final confirm and print
？ Onsite event execution
？ Production & Performance management
？ Logistics arrangement
5.Project Review：
？ Review meeting arrangement & Sustaining client relationship
？ Project report draft (including learning & improvements)
？ After event - newsclipping status and report follow up to achieve client’s KPI
6.Regular PR work：
？ Client management: sustaining relationship with client
？ Team support: need to access team leader's brief and make quick responds
？ PR proposal skills : internal & external meeting management and PR proposal 7.integration
？ PR event execution: project management, traffic control and KPI achievement
？ Cost control : support Account Manager to complete contract, internal cost and vendor negotiation etc.
？ Team management support: Internal Account administration management.

Key Requirements:

1.The ability of self improvement - positive attitude of take the self challenge
2.Project management , traffic control and the quality of execution
3.Finance management: quotation, contract, cost control, ERP system knowledge,payment receivable etc
4.Strategic PR thinking support: integrate strategy PR plan to client initiatively.
5.Bachelor Degree or above; Marketing and Public Relationship major is preferred;
6.Minimum 2 years working experience in related industry; PR industry is preferred;
7.Proficient skills in written and oral English;
