Responsibilities:
This role requires a strong individual contributor with leadership skills to Start a Business – not manage a business that is already in place. Thisincludes:
? Work with customers and Marin internal teams to understand incoming requirements. Benchmark the competition and understand marketplace trends. Be a domain expert
? Brainstorm breakout features that put Marin ahead of the marketplace. Prioritize around development timeframes. Storyboard and mockup.
? Build internal support for your project. Project-manage engineering, QA, and operations work; perform hands-on QA ifnecessary.
? Train and evangelize your features to Customers and internal teams to drive adoption.
Requirements:
? Strong educational background; preferably in a quantitative field
? Successful experience leading high-performing peers in a project-based team setting; minimum of 2 years product experience
? Strong attention to detail, comfortable with writing and speaking, strong communications skills
? Experience in Big Data technologies, complex ETL challenges, internal/external APIs
? Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Back-end technologies such as EAI or OLAP, Online Marketing including display or search, Statistical modeling
