Responsibilities:
1) Website Maintenance - upload news, translation of news into Chinese and upload to website
2) Submit writing articles for Doka Xpress or any other internal or external magazines
3) Proof reading of documents / press releases articles etc to Chinese language
4) Procure give away items / brochures / leaflets
5) Marketing & Budget Planning Activities
6) Advertising plan follow up
7) Media or PR follow up
8) CRM ( Clean and tidy up database).
9) Activity and Website Reporting
10) Tradeshow / Event coordinating & Reporting
11) part of accountant job ( cashier / transaction posting / tax report )

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Above 3 years working experience in marketing area.
3. Have finance analysis ability. Good familiar & quick excel skill
4. Prior with finance experience SAP ,oracle , kingdee experience
5. Fluent in oral and written English.
