As Art Director at Central Studios, your primary role will be to work on the art / style direction for all clients’ related jobs that require our creative input and direction. This may include, but not limited to, graphic design, art direction and set design, print production design, trend forecasting and style direction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining overseeing the design and production quality of all graphic elements relating to the company’s branding, as well creative direction activities on photo shoots, events, and other business activities.

The role also includes scope to assist in content creation for all the Company’s online, social media and other channels.

A knowledge of all Adobe software applications is required and a strong understanding of the creation and application of other multi-media assets, as well as a strong ability to manage the creative process either individually or working in a team.

The Art Director should be up to date with popular culture and trends, especially with a deep knowledge of photography and fashion and be experienced on photo shoots.

The role answers directly to the Creative Director and Operations Director where applicable, and must work closely with other departmental heads such as the Studio Manager, Digital Manager, Marketing Manager and Producers.

Art Director Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Client Assignments
? Prepare research and plan art related aspects of client projects.
? Submit ideas and discuss progress with team members before presenting to clients.
? Attend pitch meetings, pre-production meetings, and other client-facing meetings to represent the company on creative direction and project execution for client assignments.
? Client assignments may involve creative direction for shoot assignments including set design and building supervision; props design and sourcing supervision, graphic design, branding design, trend consulting, event design or other related activities.
? Attend shoots to provide creative supervision
? Delegate the work execution with other team members.
? Quality controls third party contractors under your supervision or scope of work.

2. In House Tasks
? Manage the branding design of Central Studios across all communication channels
o Website / social media content
o Printed marketing materials
o Special event design including event features and marketing communications.
? Oversee any in house content creation and offer direction, guidance and support for all team members in a collaborative manner.
? Explains creative concepts internally and also to clients as required.
? Communicate with Producer and studio manager to achieve all project requirements.
? Actively involve in in house events concept and execution

3. Management
? Ability to work autonomously and run multiple projects simultaneously
? Ability to manage junior staff and delegate to achieve maximum efficiency to meet deadlines.
? Supervise service delivery and ensure client satisfaction / expectations met over and beyond.
? Consciously manage production budgets where applicable and control costs to maximise profit.
? Ensure the confidentiality and security of the business operations.
? Be prepared to work long hours and weekends where required to meet the deadlines of the job.

岗位职责：
1、针对客户项目的工作内容。根据客户的项目进行前期研究和准备；和组内成员充分沟通，将成熟的拍摄及制作项目整体艺术风格方案提交客户；代表公司会见客户，参加制作前的方案讨论会议，和客户方充分沟通拍摄制作风格以及过程中的各种细节；参与拍摄制景设计、海报和宣传片设计、图像设计、品牌风格设计、活动现场设计等多种视觉设计过程；在大片拍摄现场进行艺术指导；监控第三方合作方的作品质量。
2、公司内部设计工作。负责Central Studios整体的品牌形象设计，包括但不限于网站和社交网络、公司各类印刷品、公司活动的各类物料设计；负责后期制作整体风格把控，并给相关部门和人员提供艺术指导建议；根据要求，向客户以及内部团队解释表述创意概念；和制片人以及摄影棚经理密切合作，共同完成制作项目任务；对公司活动的视觉设计风格起到设计主导作用。
3、管理职能。可同时处理多种工作任务；负责指导和管理初级后期制作人员，提高工作效率，保证项目按时提交给客户方；保证满足客户方要求；熟悉制作预算管理；在制作周期紧张时，能适应长时间工作和周末加班要求。
