Roles and Responsibilities:

1 Assure the quality level of the suppliers to meet the standards
2 Lead supplier quality system audits for existing supplier base.
3 Put in place periodic audits to verify that process capability requirements are maintained over the time（process audit）.
4 Investigates supplier quality issues from manufacturing or field and works directly with suppliers to ensure appropriate containment actions and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
5 Assist in resolving warranty and field supplier quality issues. Develop plans to ensure warranty prevention regarding supplier quality side
6 Work with suppliers in the areas of process control, quality control/assurance, data collection, failure analysis, corrective actions, facilitate supplier continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable quality performance.
7 Track and analyze supplier quality data throughout the process (Incoming, in-process, and Field) to identify supplier quality issues, identify, monitor, Perform gap analysis and prioritize supplier improvement needs
8 Implement appropriate statistical metrics and methods for measuring supplier quality
9 Generate and maintain the database for qualified suppliers.


Job Requirement:

1 Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
2 At least 8 years related experience.
3 Good knowledge in ISO9001/ TS16949
4 Experience in utilization and application of advanced quality management tools (APQP,MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP)
5 Experience in performing and leading quality audits (process, system...)
6 Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good project management skills.
7 Proficient in MS software
8 Good communication skills and good command in English
9 Strong team player with high levels of integrity, energy and enthusiasm.
10 Willing to travel up to 40% of time.
