1、熟悉酒店各类设备系统的配置、分布情况及使用状况等。
2、检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；
3、根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
4、及时有效地完成各项建筑物、设备设施的报修单修理工作；认真填写《工程报修单》，修复后及时做好记录与汇报。
5、按时完成上级领导安排的工作，积极配合其他班组的工作。

职位要求：
1.仪表端庄，举止大方，穿着得体，态度中肯；
2.熟悉各项工程基本技能和知识，具有电工操作证；
3.有电焊工上岗证优先；
4.有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读图纸者优先；
5.具有积极主动地工作精神，良好的团队合作能力
