Main Responsibilities:
- cooperation with sales team in Greater China , reply to technical questions from customer and visit key accounts regularly for trouble shooting or exchange new technical information with new development customers.
- Input these information to appropreate Arkema database . After experiment, create appropriate reports for customer.
- Prepare annual product development plan (FAD or Top Growth Program) by close communication with market manager and local sales team and implement it based on milestone management
- Based on latest market information, support market manager to prepare marketing plan for new development business
- Inplement new product development based on Arkema methodology such as AIM process

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. degree in polymer science/engineering or material science/engineering, Strong technical expertise in polymer, polymer processing, physics and analytical methods
- Fluency in Chinese and Very good command of English both in written and verbal, professional bi-lingual (English &Chinese) presentation skill in both academic and business settings is essential.
- Excellent communication skill in a multi-cultural and multi-functional matrix, enthusiastic and result oriented personality
- Strong leadership character and a keen team player
- International working or study experience is strongly recommended
