1. 需善于语言表达，具有商业谈判能力开发新客户，并维护老客户；
2. 熟悉展台制作流程，对展览业务有一定的认知；
3. 能够有效地完成和客户，设计师，工程部的沟通
4. 具有销售人员的基本素养，沟通能力强，能顺利的完成项目的运转；
5. 具备基本的英语沟通能力
6. 具备较强的团队协作精神，责任心强、能适应弹性工作节奏；
7. 能适应出差；
8. 热爱会展行业，为人需诚实，敬业。
