Responsibilities:

1. Purchase order execution and follow up, follow up with buyers, 3rd party and suppliers to monitor shipment fulfillment from vendor on boarding, quote sheet to PO.

2. Ensure timely follow up test, audit, inspection, shipping and payment.

3. Coordinate incoming and outgoing sample with proper sample procedure

4. Coordinate with merchandiser throughout the buying trips, such as buying trip arrangement and participation

5. Other responsibilities assigned by Merchandising Manager

Requirements:

- College degree with at least 2 years experience in order management and follow up.

- Fluent English both in Oral and Writing

- Proficient in PC skills MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & Outlook

- Good team player

- Able to work under high pressure and willing to handle paperwork

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Well-organized person and able to work independently

- A multinational company, in assistant merchandising function is a plus

- Motivated, responsible, willing to take more workload and responsibilities upon occasions

- Honest, detail, eager to learn new things
