Job Requirements:
1、Degree holder or higher Diploma in Architecture Study / Building Services / Construction Management / Building Services
2、At least 6-8 years of experience in large-scale fitting out project management,retail project experience is prefer
3、Understanding of the property develepmont and constrution sequence required
4、Familiar with use of building materials and construction detailing required
5、Experience in preparing sketched、perspective、details and desgin development packages would be at advantage
6、Knowledge on AutoCAD for drawing production
7、Excellent in written & spoken Mandarin and English
8、Initiative、hardworking and able to wook under pressure;Willing to travel

Job Responsibilities:
1、Supervise and manage various engaging vendors and contractors regardings project issues
2、Assist the Project Director to solve site issues such as technical problems, drawings discrepancy,material submission and alteration,resolve Contractor site problem/review the progress/ workmanship and manpower's problem
3、Monitor the master programme of projects to avoid and delay of issuing construction drawing, material submission approval etc.
4、Instigate and liaise with government autorities on timely submissions and seeking of approvals

2、工作经验要求6-8年或者以上，从事工程项目管理，若有零售业项目管理经验更优
3、熟悉并理解国家和地方对房地产业和建筑行业的行业要求和行业标准
4、熟悉行业用的建筑材料和行业标准，对建筑细节要求严谨
5、擅长于项目事情准备草图、效果图、图纸细节和设计开发方案的总体规划
6、具有丰富的AutoCAD制图和检阅经验
7、具有熟练和出色的普通话和英语的书写、口语能力
8、为人积极主动、勤奋努力、能承担压力，愿意出差
岗位要求：
1、监督和管理项目的供应商和承包商，及时发现和解决项目现场问题
2、协助项目总监处理各类现场问题，如：技术问题、图纸不符、材料递交和更新、解决承包商现场问题、监督和检查工程进度、工艺技术和人力安排等问题
3、监控整个项目，以避免延发施工图纸、材料样板和资料报批等事宜
4、督促并积极联系政府部门安排项目涉及的报批报审事宜
