JOB SUMMARY:
CSEs ensure optimum operational performance for systems installed at the customers’ site. They deliver technical service to customers including installation, relocation, repair and preventative maintenance. They optimize system performance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure maximum overall customer satisfaction.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training and experience:
University graduate with equivalent 2 years of working experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Requires skills in organization, problem solving, and customer relations.
- Good communication skills, ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines with multiple interruptions.
- Excellent customer interaction skills. Proficient in trouble-shooting, configuration, installation and repair of computer and electronic systems, as well as a solid mechanical aptitude.
- Solid knowledge of electro/mechanical device repair with attention to detail, and computer skills.
- Good in English Language
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
? Required to observe all safety standards and rules.
? Required to report all injuries to his/her supervisor and Human Resources within 24 hours
? Personal protection equipment must be worn as required by the job.
