Junior Accountant

Headquartered in Wisconsin USA, Prent Corporation is an international company specialized in design and manufacturing of thermoformed parts for the leading Medical device & High-end Electronic/Consumer products companies.

As we now undergoing aggressive and rapid business growth in China, we seek a qualified, experienced and motivated Junior Accountant (AP&AR) to join our A-class team in Jiading, Shanghai. Essential Responsibilities:

• Accurately issue VAT invoices in Golden Tax system
• Communicate with internal department and external vendors for payment issues, follow up outstanding items
• Timely book direct/indirect AP invoice and employee reimbursement in compliance with company policy
• Responsible for material invoices matching with PO and receipts.
• Assist Financial Controller for other assigned task.

Qualifications

• University degree with major in Accounting/Finance;
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in MNC;
• Experience with ERP is preferred.

Personal skills

• You are good at prioritizing your time and resources
• You are good at communicate well in both written/spoken English and Chinese
• You are self-motivated and capable of working independently, but are still a good team player
