Base Salary 3,500 -5000RMB (depends on working experience) Plus Sales Commissions
Commissions range: 0-17000RMB, depends of effort and acomplishment of your sales Goals.
基本工资:3,000 -5000人民币(取决于工作经验)+提成(区间为0-17000人民币,取决于销售成果)
- Accomplish sales targets (objectives), Spirit of service and adherence to company policies.
完成销售目标(目标)的服务精神和遵守公司政策。
- Report and daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing calls and orders captured to measure the percentage of effectiveness of the executive
每日监控及报告接听跟致电联系客户,根据订单测量绩效。
- Create reports of results : monthly , weekly and daily according to the projected data : number of active clients in the month , number of prospects, and why lost customers , sales generated.
检测月、周、日数据及报告,每月活跃客户,潜在客户,客户流失原因,销售生成等。
- Gather credit information 100 % customers : credit application, tax identification card , bank account, etc. . To comply with the policy of having good credit records for the granting of credit lines
收集100%客户信息:申请单,税务登记证,银行信息等,确保其遵守的政策具有良好的信用记录发放的信贷额度。
- Reactivate lost customers, investigate the reason , know who buys and products , check prices and conditions to reactivate it , make joint efforts with the seller .
回复流失的客服,了解原因,了解买家及产品,价格条款等重新让客户加入我们。
- Quote the customer according to the authorized price
根据客户所给的价格制定报价。
- Variable Schedule depending of the Target Client (Target Country)
根据客户所在国家不同灵活调整工作时间。
