部分财务工作
Support Australian finance control team and reply their questions every month end or quarter end generally.
Prepare and submit expense reports of Shanghai office twice every month.
Support local finance agency to close finance every month end.
Book all expense details of Shanghai office into local finance systems Kingdee.
Maintain VAT invoice printer system and print VAT invoices.
Work as main contact person facing to bank systems and tax bureau.
Arrange payment to suppliers and 3DSK.
部分订单处理工作
Entry all orders into Oracle system and maintain the status of training orders.
Prepare intercompany order and customs clearance.
Prepare USB dongles, delivery packages, and deliver to customers.
Maintain Shanghai office inventory list.
Maintain Shanghai office documents updates, like business license, import/export license, etc.
