Your Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Provide technical support to customers, either directly to OEMs/ODMs or through distribution channels for NXP RF small signal (RFss) products:
? Products promotion; design-in support; technical problem solving through the product life-cycle
? Key market segments include, but not restricted, to Infra Wired , Mobile and Multi-market
? Works closely with account teams and selective customers to technically drive design-in activities, and proactively follow through till design-win and mass production
? Test EVB boards in lab on customer demand and debug customer issue on-site and in lab.
? Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from technical perspective.
? Position NXP products in the market from the applications perspective, and to prepare go-to-market plans on NXP’s products, and collect market feedback and give suggestions to Business Line on NPI
? Identify new applications, development of business cases and customer requested specifications
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in electronic engineering with focus on RF system architecture, IC design and/or circuit design
2. Understanding of RF and microwave circuits and systems in, but not restricted to, WLAN F/E in mobile phone and APs/Wireless Routers is a plus, also FTTH in CATV, GPS and LTE on mobile phone platforms,
3. Familiar with RF equipment and measurements; ability to independently setup such equipment to test, tune and debug circuit boards; proficient with ADS, Ansoft Designer, Protel, AutoCAD for simulation and design
4. Experience with project management from specification definition phase to product release and mass production
5. Experience in Technical Marketing; build and maintain relationship with customers; ability to independently find new business opportunities
6. Self-motivated; independent with minimal supervision; great personal attitude and flexibility to work in a fast changing business environment
7. Proven team player, especially working remotely with team members in other locations globally
8. Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
