General Summary & Purpose:

Providing valuable service to customers and 100% working procedure follow up in Shanghai

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Standardized:

1. Handle payment document including issuing the invoice in time, document verification and scanning

2. Our work shall be conducted based on SOP standard

3. The writing shall be standardized and not misleading

4. Communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meet Customer’ ordering schedule

5. Co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meeting vendors’ production schedule

6. Co-ordinate with the vendors of the container loading information for SI transmission to the carriers enabling containers to be loaded on the planned vessel.

7. Collect vendors documents, collate and assembly with carriers BL and dispatch to the broker for cargo clearance at destination

8. Understand the cost and revenue in all steps, prepare HBL and send to vendors for payment checking and confirmation

9. Update booking/shipment information in system to insure information visible to Customers.

10. Help new colleagues and join the training.

Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job):

Education: College degree

Experience: Some experience in the Logistics/transportation industry

Language: Good command of both spoken and written English, CET 4

Computer Literacy: Attention to detail, pc skills, typing ability, customer focus, good office skills

Specialist Knowledge: Shipping knowledge, understanding of customs regulations, basic international trade laws and regulations

Essential Skills: Logistics knowledge, trade knowledge, communication skills

Core-Competence: Team work spirit, Customer focus, Good background of trade and logistics, good communication skills
