JiBo is a Shanghai based international team developing innovative digital medical services for doctors and patients. The JiBo clinical reference mobile app is the most advanced smart phone tool for doctors in China.

With thousands of doctors already using our tool, it is now time to share their stories with the rest of China. The best mobile app for doctors deserves the best storytelling. We are looking for a master writer with a passion for all things medical. We need you to help us bring medicine into the 21^st century.

Key responsibilities

Standard responsibilities

·Maintain company weibo accounts: 5-10 weibo posts per day

·Weekly blog post on medical industry topics

·Weekly email to users / subscribers

·Monthly press releases and press outreach for each new application version

·Monthly update descriptions of application for online app markets

·Monthly editing of text in applications

·Daily external blog and BBS comments

·User stories / case studies / testimonials

Additional projects

·White papers on topics of interest to doctors (could be in form of long blog post)

·Info-graphics storyboarding and concept development (work with designer)

·Guest posts on external blogs, websites and advertorial

·Video concept and script development (work with video production service)

Essential skills & experience

• Excellent writer a storyteller and wordsmith
• Ideal candidate has a copy writing or journalism background
• Degree in literature or journalism preferred
• Able to write 2000+ characters of copy / day
• Content will be developed in Mandarin
• English fluency required - team has international management and internal communication is in English
• Able to develop content that meets the needs of the doctors
• Background in medicine a plus, interest in medicine a must!
• Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs, internet applications and mobile applications
• 2-3 years experience
