JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct ATE test program development and debugging
- Work with the ATE testing house and Package Assembly house to handle the silicon final test
- Work with Design Engineers to implement the ATE test plan and improve the testing coverage
- Work with Production Engineers to conduct production and qualification related testing and yield improvement
- Other activities to be assigned or requested

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years directly related working experience
- Familiar with most popular ATE testers, such as Teradyne J750, Agilent HP93000, Advantest T2000, etc.
- Good English and Chinese communication capability
- Self-motivated and good team-work spirit
