Position: Senior creative planner

You will be based in the Beijing headquarter as part of the creative team. Your position implies is that you understand market developments, data, insights and trends in order to develop brand and creative strategies. This can be executive strategic concepts or creative executional plans incl. social, IT and PR. Hence, briefing, giving feedback and support to work out the exact execution of creative ideas is one of your key tasks. In addition, you will lead concept and presentation developments making sure client expectations is well understood and all teams work efficiently together.

Requirements

? Passion for marketing, planning and creativity
? Ambitious, motivated honest, friendly and flexible team player
? Ability to brief colleagues and partners but also to work and do it yourselves when necessary
? Sharp structural analytical thinking. Ability to provide meaningful feedback and keep the team focused on the core objectives (provide guidance)
? Creative understanding and thinking. Ability to question the common and try new solutions
? Business, marketing and brand understanding
? Experience with Chinese social and digital landscape. Basic technical understanding
? Previous experience in similar role (3 years or more)
? Proficient command of ppt, word, keynote and excel
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
