职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
·Metrics-based reporting, including headcount, hiring requisitions, filled positions, employee turnover, attendance & vacation tracking
·Implementation and maintenance of People Soft system, data input and consolidation
·Administers compensation & benefits polices associated with payroll administration, benefits program administration and employee and labor relations
·Timely administrate local employees' individual income tax
·Local hired 3rd country national's tax planning and calculation
·Employment contract & Hiring agreement administration, new employees onboard process and documentation, exit process and documentation
·Quarterly Global data collection/Bentrack/collective bargaining agreement update and submission
·Participate Mercer & Hewitt Annual remuneration survey, support budget planning, PBI planning and implementation
·Work closely with DHR for payroll outsourcing administration
·Compensation analysis and comparative analyses
·Project work as assigned
Qualification Requirement:
·Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management;
·More than 5 years as HR professional especially in C&B areas within an international business environment
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and HR colleagues cross the region and JVs
·Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
·Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
·Knowledge of Labor Law and relevant government regulations, understand market trends and general practice
·Fully understanding and application of human resource principles, concepts, practices and procedures
·Systematical thinking, with strong HR analytical skill
·Mature, creative, hard-working and a good team player
·Speak fluently, write and understand English language.
