职位描述

Marketing & Brand Manager
Requirements A (Must – the candidate should meet all the requirements):
Retail Experience or FMCG manufacturing experience (at least 4 years)
Knowledge/ Experience in Branding and Marketing
Proven success in developing/managing brands
Basic Business English – spoken and written/ fluent mandarin
Medium - Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PPT, Excel)
Multitask and priority setting
Requirements B (Strongly preferred –the candidate should have at least 60% of the requirements)
Fluent English and Mandarin
Strong understanding of Brand building/management
Good Understanding of the Retail Business and/or Private Brand
Experience in converting consumer insights/analytics to the marketing strategies, tactics, actions
Strong presentation skills
Has a proven record of increased sales/Gross profit in categories
Requirements C (Ideal)
Worked for International Retailers in a Marketing/Brand function AND for known brand FMCG manufacturer (Procter&Gamble, Unilever) in a function as a Product/Brand Manager or/and Trade Marketing for 5-7 years.
