Job Purpose
Driving sales in responsible market territories and Achieving regional team sales target by monthly and yearly base
推动负责区域的销售 并完成团队的月度及年度销售指标
- Take initiatively and manager regional team including sales and technical engineers to fulfil regional target
带领并管理一个包括销售和技术的团队去完成区域目标
- Get contact with local design institutes, contractors and owners to try to maintain a long term cooperation relationship.
与当地设计院，总包以及业主建立长期合作联系。
- Lead the team to develop new sales channel and provide support to the local distributors (Rep).
在无代理商的区域建立新的销售渠道及对代理商提供支持。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Well understanding company’s sales strategy and can manager across functional team to meet regional target
很好的了解公司的销售战略并能管理一个包括销售及技术的部门去实现区域目标
Meet with important owners, contractors and designers to set up good customer relationship
拜访重要的业主，总包和设计师建立很好的客户关系。
Evaluate Greenheck's competitive position in the regional market to assist effective Sales Manager decision making.
评估格林瀚克的竞争中的位置，协助销售负责人制定销售政策。
On a daily and weekly basis, monitor active projects and sales intake to assure to capture monthly sales target for the responsible region
日常管理项目及销售任务的达成情况确保月度销售指标的完成
Sep up the plan of sales network development as well as make them to be effective fast
协助区域内外代理商的销售活动。
Review and report on monthly sales achievement for each reps, especially put the efforts on improving reps to growing the sales and achieving yearly target as plan
定期关注及汇报每一个代理商的销售进展并参与代理商的成长完成年度指标
Lead the team to work on project bidding documents including products, pricing, technical, and any other terms of documents to comply with Greenheck’s policy and regulations
解决在投标，价格,价格等并符合公司的政策及规则
Attend meetings to represent the Greenheck products.
参与推介格林瀚克产品的会议
Provide details of meetings with customers and add to a database to provide documentation for Sales Department decision making.
提供与客户的会议记录，添加数据库，以提供文件支持销售部门作出决策。
Assistant on the regional office and staff management
负责协助进行区域办公室与人员的管理.
Any and all other duties as assigned by Manager.
其他由上级指派的职责。
Qualifications
1、 Good sales techniques 具备销售技巧
2、 Familiar with HVAC industry or construction industry 熟悉暖通行业或建筑行业
3、 Strong communication ability and reasonable leadership沟通及领导力强
4、 Team management experiences or capable of regional team leader团队管理经验
5、 Proactive and initiative to involve in the business activities 积极主动参与日常业务活动
6、 Aggressive to achieving regional sales target 有强烈的信心去完成销售指标
7、 Abilities of understanding company’s business strategy and good execution and implementation to meet business objectives 很好的理解公司的业务策略及好的执行力完成业务目标


Education and/or Experience
1、 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors. 机械专业或相关专业，本科学历
2、 At least 8 years sales experiences in HVAC or other relevant industries with 3 years sales team management experience. 8年以上暖通行业或相关行业销售工作经验;至少3年以上3人以上的团队管理经验
