Job Description:

-Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements and operational procedures within program.
-Evaluates business situation and company capability with management team to formulate the fiscal budget for product assurance program.
-Conducts weekly and annually quality KPI review meetings with site management & regional quality team to establish, delineate and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
-Interface with customers on quality issues and improvement initiatives.
-Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits.
-Coach, guide, develop the teams on skill sets and management skills, and promote team building and motivation.
-Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capability of vendor to meet orders and vendor quality standards.


Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
-Typically requires 8 years experience in electrical manufacture and integration process, and at least 4 years works as Quality Manager. Typically requires industrial/ automotive/ medical/ Power and other high reliability product experience.
-Demonstrates advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills.
-Good command of English and Chinese.
-Lean and Six Sigma certification are preferred.
-Character of Intense Collaboration, Passionate Customer Focus, Thoughtful Fast Discipline Execution and Tenacious Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
