Main Objectives:

- Undertake project tasks assigned for Buyoff 2 PASS on time
- Continuous quality improvement, indicated by CAPA
- Continuous knowledge improvement, indicated by Skill matrix
- Knowledge transfer, indicated by training record/shared report

Responsibilities:

- Understand the Issue/ Technical Sheet and complete the concerto tasks within the task timeline
- Routinely update work done status in Ismeca’s management systems (Papis & Concerto, visit report)
- Follow up on project progress until Buyoff 2 (BO 2) under ticket concept (clear ownership)
- Ready to undertake un-scheduled top priority jobs assigned (if there’s any)
- Specialize in at least one senior role (e.g. Feeding Specialize, Concerto Task Manager, etc.)
- Technology and knowledge transfer from headquater (IESA) and machine manufacturing site (IMAL)
- Share knowledge to internal customers within technical limitation
- Involve in special projects from time to time, such as Issue Task Force, define new Tooling Design Rule, etc.
