Summary: Responsible for set up, roll out of business management projects as well as ongoing project and client management as well as the accuracy of collected dealer data. Furthermore advising the client on the standardization of calculations and accounting practices is one of the major tasks. The Business Manager would eventually create, develop and manage a BM team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
As part of the team, the position requires the following type of client interaction:
? Focused on understanding problems of BM reporting and customer needs
? Provides financial consulting advice to client
? Makes decisions with client
? Develops relationships
? Manages client expectations
? Focused on delivering reports, data and running a BMI system
? Helps to the growth of the BM business, as subject matter expert
Support the Original Equipment Manufacturer (automotive industry) in the development and understanding of their dealers’ financial management by helping with:
? Dealer business management consulting
? Overseeing and participating in composite production

As a leader of the Business Management team, the selected candidate will:
? Be responsible for all aspects of supervision of selected staff, including: hiring/termination, setting objectives, conducting performance appraisals, assigning and prioritizing work, establishing and maintaining quality, quantity and timeliness of work, transfers/promotions/demotions, interpreting and carrying out established policy, training and discipline.
? Recruit, select, train, coach, mentor, manage and motivate a team of professionals capable of achieving the revenue, profit, quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction goals established for the account.

Languages Skills (Reading Comprehension, Oral and Written Communications
? Fluent in English and Mandarin. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals.
? Ability to write reports, business correspondence or document (financials) procedures.
? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, management or clients

Working experience
? Must understand Business Management within Auto industry
? Must be able to analyze and interpret financial data and apply concepts to practical problems, critical thinking
? International experience is a plus
? Working for automotive manufacturer as an accountant, or perhaps working in a dealership or within their financial department would be an advantage.
? Between 3 to 5 years solid accounting or financial experience, understand dealer Financials and operation models

? Degree qualified - Finance or Accounting degree, or Business Administration (finance related subject matter)
? Focus on BM knowledge preferably gained within an automotive working environment
