Responsibilities:

Censere is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong knowledge in accounting & finance to join our Financial Valuation & Advisory team in our Shanghai office. We are looking for applicants who are flexible, enthusiastic and comfortable to work in a high-energy and dynamic work environment. Qualified candidates will assist on multiple client engagements as a member of a team and will be responsible for the following:

1.Development of business valuation models and conclusions;

2.Assisting with the issuance of valuation reports, and, compilation of project documentation;

3.Research and updating fundamental valuation empirical analysis;

4.Developing relationships with potential clients, assisting with office administration and arranging meetings.

Requirements:

1.University graduates in accounting or finance;

2.3+ years of relevant experience;

3.Holding or actively working towards a professional certification, CPA, CMA, CFA, etc;

4.Advanced knowledge and understanding of PRC Tax and financial statements;

5.Excellent research, financial modelling and financial analytical skills;

6.Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is essential.
