职位描述
Principal Responsibilities and Duties：
1、Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
2、Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
3、Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
4、Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies in accordance to the HQ strategy.
5、Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
6、Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
7、Develop, implement and drive procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
8、Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
9、Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
10、Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
11、Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
12、Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
13、Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
14、Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
15、Release purchase orders in SAP.
16、Maintain SAP database in purchasing module.
17、Escalates problems that can not be solved directly by him / her in accordance with the internal procedures of escalation.
18、Prepared and transmitted via EDI / fax orders to suppliers of raw materials and ensure that they were properly received.
19、Monitor stocks of raw materials in accordance with the requirements of the group on safety stocks, and ensure the safety stock, so that the supply of the production line can be optimal and the deliveries can be carried out in time.
20、Provides requested data for the team members, related segment and management:
? situations of stocks of raw materials and finished products, each time requested and in timely manner.
21、Issue updates and approve as appropriate procedures and work instructions for processes for which it is responsible under the job description.
Education:
University degree, technical profile
Experience:
1、Logistics experience in administration and supply
2、Min 5 years working experience in purchasing department at an international company
3、SAP skills in purchasing module
