Responsibilities:

1.Management and execution of forensic and integrity risk engagements, such as investigations into fraud, bribery and corruption (US FCPA, UK Bribery Act and Australian Bribery of Foreign Public Officials Provisions), whistleblowing allegations, accounts misstatement, conflicts of interest, money laundering, related party transactions, misappropriation of assets, intellectual property rights infringements, breach of contract and other corporate misconduct

2.Supporting data analytics for investigations into fraud such as procurement or payroll fraud

3.Conducting fraud and corruption risk reviews, business integrity checks, reputation and integrity due diligence, and anti-money laundering compliance reviews

4.Assisting our clients and their legal counsel to design and implement fraud and corruption response plans, risk reduction plans and compliance frameworks

5.Preparation of reports, including review, analysis and verification of evidence, sources and expert witness testimony

6.Assisting our experts in conducting forensic and integrity risk related training to our clients at the Censere Academy

7.Assisting Directors with marketing, business development and training initiatives

Requirements:

1.University graduate, accounting or finance related qualifications preferred

2.Minimum of 5 years (Manager) and 2 years (Associate) relevant experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, compliance, risk advisory, litigation support and dispute resolution

3.Established track record in engagement management and proven report writing skills

4.Ability to analyse complex accounting transactions and financial records

5.Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access Database, SQL, EnCase and IBM i2 Analyst Notebook preferred

6.Possess investigation and cognitive interviewing skills

7.An excellent command of both written and spoken English and one Asian language (candidates applying for the positions must demonstrate proficiency in Mandarin)

8.Energetic, thorough, attentive to detail, a team player and passionate about quality and excellence Able to travel
