岗位职责
1、普通工作人员职位，协助上级执行一般的不需较多工作经验的任务；
2、公司日常行政管理的运作（包括办公环境管理、邮件包裹接收和办公用品管理等等）；
3、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
4、协助负责公司人事员工关系，招聘等事务；
5、协助部门主管对各项行政事务的安排及执行；包括人事、行政、财务各方面需要协助的事务；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
1、行政管理，英语或文秘相关专业大专以上学历；
2、英文沟通技能良好；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识及办公软件；一定专业水平的人力资源知识，如员工关系，招聘等及日常行政事务；
4、负责外国人的入境邀请函，签证，酒店预定等一系列事务；
5、对劳动法有一定了解，熟悉政府事务
6、良好的服务态度，工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
Required

1.College or above, English or secretary major preferred;
2.Good communication coordination skills in English
3.Good command of administration and office tool
4.Knowledge covering a wide range of HR Functions, i.e. employee relations, staffing, daily office organization;
5.Familiar with labor law and local government authorities.
6. Good service attitude, patient and helpful. Good sense of responsibility and handling questions;

JD:

1. Responsible for daily receptionist routine work. e.g. receiving visitors, handling incoming calls and keep all those in order;
2. Ensure the employees’ employment complying with legal requirements and going through the proper procedure;
3. Employee relation managements and support other project work as assigned
4.Handle expatriates' visa ,work permit, etc
5. Provide daily office administrative management, such as book meal, hotel, car, ticket ,etc
6. Functional assistance such as printing, scan, documents translation
