Responsibilities / 工作职责

1、Provide sales, gross margin, return analysis and bank reconciliation statement / 提供销售、毛利、回款分析及银行余额调节表编制

2、Renewal of financial standard work process and flow chart file / 更新财务标准工作流程文件和流程图

3、According to the billing information,print the sales plain invoice and VAT invoice and fax the Invoice No. / 根据开票信息，完成销售普票和增票的打印并回传发票号

4、Assist the VAT votes declaration and analysis the income tax adjustment / 协助增值税验票申报以及所得税纳税调整项分析

5、Renewal of related financial licenses / 相关财务证照更新

6、Other tasks as assigned by Finance Mananger / 财务经理指派的其他工作

Experience & Qualification / 所需经验及专业技能

1、Financial background, CET6 or above / 财务专业背景，英语六级以上

2、Good command of spoken in Mandarin,good sense of service / 具备良好的语言表达能力、普通话标准，并具备良好的服务意识

3、Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork consciousness / 具有较强的沟通、协调能力，以及高度的团队合作精神

4、Good command of professional accomplishment and ethics,have commitment spirit and being pragmatic to work / 具备良好的职业素养与职业道德，敬业诚信、严谨务实

5、Good skill of learning,being able to work under pressure / 学习能力强，能承受一定的工作压力

6、Work for at least three days every week / 每周实习3天以上
