Job Responsibilities.
a. Responsible for managing and monitoring complex e-Sourcing projects by coordinating resources and communication with the Emerson buying team
b. Lead team conference calls and project meetings for global project team
c. Communicate project timeline and key actions
d. RFQ development and strategy
e. Ensure the project team follows strict operational procedures and works on continuous process improvement
f. Provide results of the pre-bid and post bid stages of the project through the Pricing Summary Report
Send the details and results of each completed project to the team members and their Procurement Business Leaders through the executive summary

Must:
- Engineering or business graduate
-At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing firm, preferably exposed to procurement processes including sourcing and project management
- Good project management and presentation skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English; strong communicator
- Has the ability to manage and persuade others to accomplish a particular task and/or project
- Flexible; able to work on own initiative; can manage more than one project at a time; can work under pressure and tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks accordingly

Preferred:
- Self-starter; innovative and confident
- Strong team player
