Business Development Manager

THE POSITION

TEC is now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand the business in Shanghai and contribute to the continued success in China. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic team, and for the right candidate the position provides an excellent opportunity to build an international career. This position reports to the Head of Business Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate sales volume and value through the business development of various relevant channels

· Establish and maintain relationship to build up and enhance TEC's market awareness and corporate image

· Implementation of a series of marketing initiatives

· Carry out sales program founded on the principle of pro-active marketing

· Actively participate in social activities and events to support the department and company in the market to convert leads into clients

THE CANDIDATE

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Good networking skills

· Energetic and sociable

· Must work well under pressure

· Teamwork spirit

· At least 5 years experience in Sales, particularly in Real Estate, Hotel, and Service Industries

· Overseas experience preferred

· Background from PR, advertising, hospitality or real estate highly preferred

· Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English in speaking/writing a must
