Job specification:工作描述
1. Direction and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project
management team;
项目的管理和控制（计划、费用和资源）领导项目管理团队
2. Ensure the project which are working to the company procedures, project specifications,
standards and any project specific addenda;
按项目规章及技术规范办事并满足项目标准要求和特定安排
3. Prepare and review Project Execute Plan (PEP) and other relevant project documents.
项目执行计划和其他相关项目资料的编制和审核
4. Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities comply with PEP;
定期更新项目实施计划确保与PEP同步
5. Review regularly the performance of project team members, prepare and approve external or internal project report prior to release;
定期审核项目管理团队人员工作情况，草拟及批准对外及对内德项目报告
6. Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with relevant parties;
与项目相关的单位和管理人员保持良好的沟通和协调

Key qualification:资格要求
1. Major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering,
土建、机电或化工专业
2. At least 8 years Industrial projects or commercial projects working experience.
至少8年工业或商业项目工作经验
3. Strong experience and technical background for engineering design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines.
有很好的设计技术背景、熟悉设计流程以及与各专业的协同工作
4. Familiar with government permission of the project.
熟悉项目相关的政府审批流程
5. Experience of leading project team execution a project. Experience with international projects.
有带过国际项目团队执行项目的经验
6. Good written and spoken English, inter-communication skill with different parties.
英语口语及书面用语流利、并能与有关各方的管理人员进行沟通
7. Willing to travel
