Reporting to: Site General Manager and Head of PV&FPD Business Management, Asia
People Management Responsibility: Yes
Travel Required: Yes

JOB OBJECTIVES:
To work closely with Head of PV&FPD Business Management Asia to develop and expand the PV business which is strategic growth focus.
To lead the overall marketing initiatives for target markets (segments and countries) for the PV industry in Asia-Pacific.
Drive the growth and new business development of the assigned market segments and related product lines in line with the global/regional industry strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recommend and develop business plans and marketing strategies(all 4Ps) for 3 to 5 years outlook;
2. Build-up from scratch methodology for market research and customer research in order to identify and recommend target market segment;
3. Build-up from scratch methodology to conduct market survey, establish customer profiles and identify new potential customers;
4. Buil-up from scratch methodology to collect and analyze competitive intelligence, including competitor's products, pricing and strategy;
5. Prepare and propose marketing budgets;
6. Manage marketing communication programs in the region covering promotion materials, seminars, fairs and workshops together with Marcom and the country team;
7. Establish and launch advertising and promotion campaigns for brand building with Marcom and the country team;
8. Recommend product positioning and organize PM team to propose target pricing;
9. Identify and recommend new businnss opportunity, including investment proposal and new product development proposal;
10. Act as a project leader to rugularly organize all the country marketing and sales managers to implement the agreed marketing initiatives(including TW, CN, KR, SG, MY and IN);
REQUIREMENTS:
1. MBA or related background.
2. At least 7 years in PV or related industrial experience (minimum 3 years experience in marketing).
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin in speech, reading and writing
4. Good knowledge of strategy planning and formulating.
5. Strong understanding of PV industry.
6. Strong track record in setting-up market research.
