Job Description:

As a Software Installation Specialist, you will be responsible to perform remote installations & upgrades directly on our customers’ environments.

You will at times need to communicate directly with our customers, either by email or by phone, to keep them informed of the installation/update progress.

You will also interact with US-based employees performing similar functions.

This work requires that you have strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

Education, skills, experience:

 Experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and above) is required

 Experience with relational database (SQL Server 2008 and above) is required

 Knowledge of Internet Information Services is required

 1 or more year of working experience is required

 Experience with Manufacturing/ERP/MRP systems is strongly desirable

 Experience with .Net programming languages is strongly desirable

 Experience with scripting languages (Perl, VBS, Windows Powershell) is strongly desirable

Job requirements:

 University degree or equivalent experience

 Excellent oral and written English

 Strong troubleshooting skills

 Fast learner and able to understand complex systems thoroughly

 Strong team player
