JOB OBJECTIVES:

According to the defined production processes and quality requirements, schedule and plans, following Company EHS guideline, properly operate the machines/ equipment and handle the chemical materials to fabricate the products that meet the requirements in quantity and quality, schedule and process.
根据既定生产工艺和品质要求，计划，遵循公司EHS方针，正确操作机器和设备，正确操作化学品生产产品从而达到质量，数量，计划和工艺的要求。


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operates the machines/equipment following defined production processes/plans to meet the given schedules;
按既定工艺/计划操作机器设备达到给定进度表的生产要求；

2. According to the process code, operation manual and work schedule, by the supervisor’s direction, instructions and supervision, operates the machines and equipment safely, accurately and efficiently;
根据工艺规范，操作手册及工作进度表，在班长的指导，说明和监督下，安全地，精确地和有效地操作机器设备；

3. Observe operation of equipment/control panels/error lights/error message of faulty output and identify any unusual findings and fix the problems;
监控设备运行，控制面板（DCS），故障灯，报警信息，判断异常情况，确定问题；

4. Alert the relevant personnel the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles, e.g. shortages/obstacles/needs/unsafe processes that cannot be solved, including recording the problems according to procedures/standards;
警示提醒相关人员（班长和班组成员）在操作中所发现的异常情况，数据偏差，误操作，可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷，工作障碍，工作需求，不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生；

5. Monitor the temperature, pressure, flow and reactions of materials and regulate as instructed;
根据指令，监视工艺操作生产中的温度，压力，流量和物料的反应和控制调整；

6. Coordinate with/report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time;
协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行；

7. Timely share the necessary information for the daily production with co-operators, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance;
及时和同事分享日常生产的相关信息，如：参数工艺变化，设备性能；

8. Keep production record updated and patrol;
准时做好生产记录及巡检；

9. Solve problems of the production process in coordination with other shift operators and shift supervisor;
与班组成员及班长一起解决生产问题；

10. Cooperate and communicate with logistic department, utility department, lab technician, maintenance and EHS personnel;
与物流，公用工程，实验室，维修及安全等部门联系及合作；

11. As per instruction by supervisor work scope will include:
在班长的指导下工作范围如下：
-DCS operation； DCS操作；
-Field work；现场外操工作；
-Product loading and RM unloading；产品装车，原料卸车；
-Production analyzing. 生产过程产品分析控制；

12. Safety
安全
-Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines;
根据装置的安全规定及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求；
-Ensure the accurate hand-over of records of process, inspection, maintenance and EHS activities of plant to the next shift;
确保装置工艺生产，巡检，检查，维修和EHS活动的记录准确地移交给下一班；
-According to the standards of EHS and instructions from shift supervisor, performs the supervision duties for any personnel from outside of department and their activities in the plant;
根据EHS标准及班长的指令,行使对外来人员在装置内活动的监督职责；
-Follow up with the regulations and procedure of production, by shift supervisor’s instruction , takes samples to the lab and does the analysis and feedback the analysis data to shift supervisor;
遵守生产规定及程序, 根据主管指令, 取样分析并汇报数据给班长；
-Keeps the good condition of tools and personnel safety device for operation. Check and maintain equipment and facilities of plant;
确保生产工具和个人安全设施的完好，检查和维护装置的设备和设施；

13. Quality Control
质量控制
-Responsible for the process isolation and free-from isolation work for the on-line machines, equipment and facilities of plant on the shift;
负责所在班组工艺单元及在线机器,设备和设施的单元外工作；
-Closely follow the plant Quality Assurance policies and QA Operating procedures in production monitor timely product quality relevant deviations to meet the required quality of finished products;
认真执行质保方针和质保程序,及时发现产品质量的变化,确保产品质量符合要求；

14. Housekeeping
现场整洁
-Clean the area around the work station to keep it free from any waste, dirt and obstructions.
及时打扫工作场所,确保现场没有废弃物, 杂物和障碍物。


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Vocational School or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline;
2. Above 1-year working experience in chemical manufacturing;
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Alternatively completed education with outstanding results as chemical plant operator in specialized school, Basic English and computer skills, good interpersonal skills.
