任职要求：
1、五年以上商超渠道开发经验，熟悉国内服装市场，具备较强的组织协调及市场实战能力，协助总经理完成全国销售运营工作，有丰富的全国区域客户资源，客情关系良好；
2、具有丰富的商超营销推广经验，能够独立制定市场开发及实施计划；
3、具有极强的领导能力、团队意识、沟通能力、统筹协调能力、判断能力，优秀的营销策划能力和市场开拓能力，具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力
4、具有深厚的市场理论和丰富的品牌管理经验，有成功的市场策划和品牌运作案例；
5、有较强的市场感知和分析能力，能整合渠道资源。
6. 有服装类或沃尔玛系统工作经验者优先

岗位要求：
1、协助总经理拟定商超事业部销售发展战略及目标；
2、带领团队完成辖年度销售回款计划及市场开发目标；
3、制定和实施年度销售推广计划和渠道发展计划；
4、制定公司品牌管理策略，维护公司品牌；
5、指导、参与市场的开拓、渠道管理等日常工作；
