Reports To: President
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle correspondence, communications, phone calls, mail & e-mail and unexpected arrivals to aid and manage the president’s schedule.
· Daily operational support for president (agenda planning, meeting preparations, travel schedule, correspondence), including travel and meeting arrangements for visitors, as needed.
· Support Board of Governors (BOG) for meeting arrangements and preparation of meeting materials. Keep BOG informed of Chamber activities and provide other general support as required by BOG.
· Maintain and update BOG and APCAC contact lists, and maintain online BOG information in our website.
· Keep good liaison and communication with internal departments and external customers.
· Language translation of documents when necessary.
· Daily administration and file management. Maintenance of president’s contact lists, including entry of new contact information into the CRM system.
· Support Office Management team on when and if required basis.
· Documentation management and information collecting and compiling.
· Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above.
· At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a foreign company, senior secretary level is preferred.
· Cooperative and self-motivated, good personality and interpersonal skills.
· Good communication skills.
· Experience in busy office environment, can work under pressure.
· Must be proactive and attentive to details.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
· Proficiency in PC software application e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

It is the third overseas American chamber to operate worldwide, established only three years after the founding of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
