Purchaser

- Coordination of domestic business

- Increasing sourcing-volume of domestic business

- Support of sourcing-activities (new supplier questionnaires, contact-follow-up, desk-sourcing…)

- Data maintenance of sourcing-information

- Support of delivery date observation

- Support of activities for expanding volume with existing suppliers

- Capturing of supplier-details in SAP (sourcing-related – articles…).

- Other assignment may needed by Strategic Purchasing Manager

Qualification and experience

• At least 3 years work experience in purchasing roles
• Experience in mechanical component sourcing, fastener experience is must
• SAP experience will be required
• Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills

Education

Bachelor or above degree with major in engineering or business.

Language

• Fluent in both written and spoken English (Must). German is plus.
• Native is Chinese

Report Line

• Strategic Purchasing Manager

Additional Capability

• Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
• ERP experience is required, SAP is plus
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytic skills
• Skilled in purchasing and supplier development tools
• Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivation
