Responsibility:
1.Tooling sourcing and cost negotiation for local projects.
2.Support colleagues from commercial purchasing, quality, technical team for the internal and external tooling issue
3.Develop purchasing strategies for assigned commodity to achieve ideal price and meet cost saving target
4.Follow the export tooling development and support to other regions
5.Special assignments


Experience Needed:
1.Universith bachelor degree of engineering (mechanical engineering is preferred)
2.Min 5 years experiences as tooling designer and engineer preferably in auto industry
3.Be familiar with tooling industry standard, manufacture process and tooling suppliers
4.Fluent English language both in written and spoken
5.Ability to work in a matrixed organization
