Responsibility:
1.Prepare enquirey packages and screen the base of potential suppliers
2.Conduct commercial discussion and check the technical and commercial plausiblity of offers
3.Understand and analyze the cost elements and the cost drivers
4.Prepare the relevant documentation to propose a supplier for a project
5.Basic contract negotiation
6.Interact with and support colleagues from commercial purchase, quality, logistics and technical team
7.Develop purchase strategy for assigned commodity to achieve ideal price and meet cost saving target
8.MEET AND OR EXCEED ANNUAL MATERIALS COST REDUCTOIN AND COMPETENCY EXPECTATION
9.sPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS


Experience Needed:
1.University bachelor degree of engineering (mechanical engineering is preferred)
2.Min 3 years experience as aluminium or steel buyer preferabley in the auto industry
3.fluently english language both in written and spoken
4.Be familiar with auto related procedure
5.Knowledge of Q system such as QS9000 or ISO/TS 16949
6.Good negotiation skills and able to lead tema negotiation
7.Ability to work in a matrixed organization
