岗位职责：

1、各展会信息的收集; 整理,归档(包含年度展讯,展会名单查询,归档,失败/成功案例归档等);

2、报价单,合约书,发票,委托书,协议书等文件的制作;

3、负责销售合同及营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管;

4、负责各类销售月、季、年度的销售数据统计、制作、编写;

任职条件：

1、学历大专或以上学历(专业不限)，熟悉掌握电脑办公软件操作；

2、具有普通的口头和书面沟通技巧；

3、优异的英语口语和书写能力；

4、普通话标准；

5、欢迎优秀的应届毕业生
