RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead an exceptional team
Ensure all products meet Petedge quality standards
Develop and implement procedures that ensure the quality of our products
Develop and maintain QC procedure manual
Identify problems and resolve so that delivery is maintained
Maintain QC inspection report summary - monthly & annual summaries
Identify sourcing opportunities based on factory QC visits and discussions.
Develop current supplier's understanding of Petedge requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years experience
College degree
Fluent in English and Chinese both orally and written
Leadership ability
Proven ability to attract and coach a team
Proven ability to think strategically in terms of supply base, staffing, changes in the international scene that effect products, global implications of new regulations
Knowledge and experience in international trade
Proven ability to negotiate and problem solve
Able to communicate in a professional manner with various suppliers, home office, factory personnel
Able to understand different points of view including the Home Office, supplier, QC and appreciate the difference while working out solutions.
