主要职责：

1、 负责统筹公司SEO/SEM所有事务；

2、 对公司相关人员进行SEO知识培训；

3、 能与各部门间建立良性互动，重视团队合作精神；

4、 负责网站的日常推广维护以及搜索引擎的优化；

5、 负责关键词提炼、标题、网页描述的撰写工作；

6、 对竞价关键词进行整理和数据分析，能有效的对其进行评估，并优化推广方案；

7、 积极与第三方网站进行流量、数据或服务交换，或战略合作联盟，增加网站的流量和知名度；

8、 建立网站SEO分析工具体系，收集、管理和分析网站SEO历史数据，通过衡量转化率、关键字及日志文件分析，为矫正SEO策略、过程及结果提供支持；

任职条件：

1、 精通网站推广、网站优化，内容推广，内容优化，搜索引擎优化、搜索引擎推广以及网站的结构优化

2、 熟悉SEO技术（网站架构、网页代码、各大搜索引擎工作原理），有SEO工作经验、搜索引擎技术开发、搜索引擎防作弊经验者优先；

3、 熟悉并精通网页关键词分析、优化；

4、 熟悉当前主要搜索引擎的原理和策略，掌握搜索引擎优化技术及其发展动向；

5、 精通各大搜索引擎baidu、google的排名原理和算法；

6、 通过有效的手段在各大网站及主流搜索引擎上进行网站推广工作，严格监控实施过程，及时跟踪推广效果，根据推广效果提出建议；

7、 确定网站推广目标，策划、调整网站网络推广方案；

8、 拥有高质量外链资源以及外链发布资源者优先。
