Key Accountabilities:
主要职责
－Define and Manage the product & system development plan to consolidate the product position and attract higher returns.
－Define and manage the proper product mix strategy and pricing strategy to achieve economical goals of the company.
－Market intelligence gathering through market/onsite visit and sales force interaction to understand the needs and monitor the quality.
－Development of selling tools to enhance specification abilities of sales.
－Implementation of relevant training programs for sales teams to launch new systems / product improvements.
－Develop database of competitive offers (products and systems) to allow for relevant product position analysis.
－Liaison with group marketing team to deliver proper product / system solution for local market development.
－Plan and implement product promotional strategy to support sales team and to launch new offers.
－Active participation with industry and government committee meeting to understand new specification requirements and new regulation to ensure product portfolio relevance to the market.

Qualification Requirements：

* Typical Education Level教育背景：University degree or above with construction or related major
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能：3 years working experience with product management background in WOFE or JV in building material industry or relevant. Good computer skill, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good communication and presentation skill. Fluent oral and written in English.
* Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质：Willing to travel extensively and able to work under pressure, good in communication, synthesis and analytical mind, ability to listen, have desire to discover new things and willing to learn, to anticipate the needs of customerscustomers

圣戈班伟伯-麦克斯特
圣戈班伟伯于1902年始创于法国，2008年与麦克斯特集团合并，是预拌砂浆行业的世界领导者，在全球35个国家为您的建筑提供新建及翻新的解决方案。
伟伯绿建作为集团登陆中国的平台于2004年在上海顺利成立。位于南汇区的工厂占地面积22,000m2，采用从奥地利进口的全套设备，年设计生产能力10万吨。
2005年总投资达1.5亿元的麦克斯特建筑材料（北京）有限公司在北京昌平建厂投产。年设计生产能力30万吨，生产设备全部采用集团的m-tec公司制造的最新设备，产品配方来自集团的芬兰帕拉依宁建筑材料开发及应用实验室，该实验室也是欧盟标准化委员会用于建材检测的指定实验室。公司所有产品及配方经过严格的欧盟环保测试，在满足国际环保标准、欧洲环保标准的同时，还满足世界上最严格的北欧建材环保标准M1。2007年2月，又成立了北京麦克斯特建筑装饰工程有限公司，建立了从产品到施工的一整套业务体系。
